# Shipping Policy

Processing times, carrier choices, delivery estimates, tracking, customs and damaged-shipment procedure for orders dispatched from our Eskişehir, Türkiye workshop.

This policy explains how LazerdizaynCo produces and ships every order from our Eskişehir, Türkiye workshop, the carriers we use, the estimated delivery windows by region, how tracking works, who pays customs duties and what to do if a parcel is lost or damaged.

## 1. Production Time

All signs are custom produced. Standard production is 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Turkish public holidays) from the moment you approve the design proof. Complex multi-layered signs, signs larger than 80 cm on any dimension and orders containing multiple items may require up to 10 business days. If a longer window is required we will notify you by e-mail before production starts.

## 2. Carriers

Orders are shipped via **FedEx International Priority**, **FedEx International Connect Plus** or **FedEx International Economy**, selected based on destination, declared value and customer preference. Local delivery inside Türkiye may be handled by a domestic courier at our discretion.

## 3. Destinations

We ship worldwide with a focus on the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the Gulf Co-operation Council countries. Certain destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations, sanctions or customs constraints; where this is the case we will contact you before charging the order.

## 4. Delivery Estimates by Region

    - **United States** — 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    - **Canada** — 4–8 business days after dispatch.

    - **European Union / United Kingdom** — 3–8 business days after dispatch.

    - **Middle East / GCC** — 3–6 business days after dispatch.

    - **Australia, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific** — 5–10 business days after dispatch.

    - **Rest of world** — 5–14 business days after dispatch.

These windows are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed — customs clearance, weather events and local delivery backlogs can extend delivery by a few days.

## 5. Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination, weight and dimensional weight of the parcel. Where a free-shipping promotion applies, the qualifying threshold will be displayed clearly on the cart and checkout pages.

## 6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Our prices do not include customs duties, VAT or brokerage fees for destinations outside Türkiye. The consignee is the importer of record and is responsible for these charges. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the product price minus round-trip shipping and any duties we were charged.

## 7. Tracking

As soon as the carrier picks up your parcel we send a tracking e-mail that includes the FedEx tracking number. You can also track the shipment on our storefront at [/track-order](/track-order). We recommend enabling carrier SMS alerts where available.

## 8. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including door number, floor, apartment, post code and phone number. If the carrier returns a parcel as undeliverable because of an incorrect address we will contact you to arrange redispatch; redispatch shipping is charged at cost.

## 9. Undeliverable and Refused Shipments

If a parcel is marked "refused" or is returned to us after three delivery attempts, we will contact you by e-mail. You may choose between (a) re-shipment at your cost, or (b) a refund of the product price minus round-trip shipping and any duties already paid.

## 10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

All international shipments are insured. If the carrier marks the parcel as lost, or the outer packaging arrives damaged, please take photos and contact [info@lazerdizayn.co](mailto:info@lazerdizayn.co) within 14 days of the original estimated delivery date. We will file the carrier claim and dispatch a replacement or refund right away.
