# Terms of Service The legal agreement between LazerdizaynCo and every visitor, customer and guest who browses, orders or receives a custom laser-cut sign from our storefront. **Effective date:** April 23, 2026 These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "customer", "visitor") and LazerdizaynCo ("we", "us", "our"), whose workshop and registered operating address is in Eskişehir, Türkiye. By browsing our storefront, submitting a quote, placing an order, accepting a design proof or receiving a shipped product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website, place an order or accept delivery. ## 1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By confirming an order you represent that (a) you are legally able to enter into a binding contract, (b) all information you provide is accurate, (c) the payment instrument you use is yours or you are authorised to use it, and (d) any logo, artwork or copy you submit for production either belongs to you or is used with permission. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including when a transaction appears fraudulent, when production is not feasible, when shipping restrictions apply, or when the order conflicts with applicable law. ## 2. Products and Custom Production LazerdizaynCo manufactures custom laser-cut acrylic signs, layered logo signs, reception signage, wayfinding plaques and related decorative items. Every product page lists the base materials, finishes, dimensions and production lead time we commit to. Because each item is produced to the customer's specification (logo, typography, colour, size, mounting), orders are classified as bespoke goods. Before production starts we may send a digital proof (PDF or PNG) to the e-mail address on the order. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing. Once a proof has been approved, cancellations or redesigns are no longer possible and the order is treated as non-refundable except where these Terms, the Refund Policy or applicable consumer-protection law require otherwise (for example, defective or damaged items). ## 3. Pricing, Currency and Payment All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated on the product page or at checkout. Taxes, import duties and brokerage fees are *not* included in the product price for international destinations and are the responsibility of the consignee. We accept payment via Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — sensitive card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices and discontinue products at any time before order confirmation. Promotional codes are single-use unless otherwise stated and may not be combined with other offers. ## 4. Shipping and Delivery Orders are dispatched from Eskişehir, Türkiye via FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Connect Plus, FedEx International Economy or a comparable carrier at our discretion. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for the United States and 3–8 business days for European Union destinations after the order leaves our workshop. Rest-of-world destinations typically take 5–14 business days. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and do not constitute a guaranteed arrival date. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the shipment; however we will assist you in filing claims for lost or damaged packages. Import duties, customs brokerage, Value Added Tax (VAT) and any local fees are the responsibility of the consignee. Where the buyer refuses to pay duties and the parcel is returned, we may deduct round-trip shipping and duty charges from any refund. ## 5. Intellectual Property (Customer Artwork) When you submit a logo, image, font or other artwork (collectively "Customer Artwork"), you grant LazerdizaynCo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce that Customer Artwork solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. You represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to use the Customer Artwork and that reproducing it in the form requested does not infringe any third-party intellectual-property right. You agree to indemnify and hold LazerdizaynCo harmless from any claim, damage or cost arising from a breach of that warranty. Our own website content — including photography, product illustrations, copywriting, templates, logo marks and the "LazerdizaynCo" name — is protected by copyright, trademark and related rights and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without our prior written consent. ## 6. Warranty Each finished sign is visually inspected before it leaves the workshop. We warrant that the product will match the approved proof in size (within ±1 mm on any linear dimension), colour (within the tolerance of the acrylic supplier's batch) and finish, and will be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the delivery date when installed indoors in normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from outdoor exposure (unless the product was specified as outdoor-grade), impact damage, improper mounting, chemical cleaning agents or natural wear. ## 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of LazerdizaynCo for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the purchase of a product is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. LazerdizaynCo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill or installation labour, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law. ## 8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For customers resident in the European Union, the European Union or United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply and nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right you have under those rules. Before pursuing any formal claim, the parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution by e-mail for at least 30 days. Thereafter, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Eskişehir, Türkiye, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. ## 9. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will change when a new version is published. Material changes will be announced on the storefront home page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the storefront after the effective date of a revised version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ## 10.
