Custom Metal German Shepherd dog Puppy Metal Address Sign House number Hanging Address Plaque Yard Sign Outdoor decor

A German Shepherd’s alert ears and unmistakable profile make this address plaque easy to recognize before visitors even read the number. Designed for households that want something more personal than standard hardware-store numerals, the sign combines your house number with a German Shepherd puppy motif in a single metal display. The matte black finish creates clear contrast against light siding, brick, stone, wood, or a painted signpost.

Hang it near a front walk, porch entrance, driveway, gate, mailbox area, or freestanding yard post. It can also mark the entrance to a kennel, veterinary office, dog-training facility, or German Shepherd breeder’s property. Before choosing its location, consider how guests and delivery drivers approach the building. An open sightline and a contrasting background will make the address easier to spot; avoid placing it behind shrubs, porch columns, or screen doors. For viewing from farther down a driveway, select a size appropriate to that distance and the available mounting area.

Your requested house number is incorporated into the design, turning a necessary exterior marker into a detail that reflects the dog at the heart of the home. Enter the personalization carefully and check every digit before ordering. If the plaque will hang from an existing bracket, post, or hooks, compare the selected sign size with that space and confirm that the mounting point can support a metal sign.

The dark, non-glossy surface suits farmhouse porches, traditional homes, cabins, and simple contemporary exteriors without looking overly decorative. It is also a thoughtful housewarming, new-home, or holiday gift for a German Shepherd owner.

For routine care, wipe the plaque with a soft damp cloth and dry it afterward. Do not use abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners, which may damage the finish. Periodically inspect the hanging points, especially after strong winds. In coastal or severe-weather locations, a more sheltered placement can help preserve the sign’s appearance over time.
