Custom Metal Yorkshire Terrier dog Puppy Metal Address Sign House number Hanging Address Plaque Yard Sign Outdoor decor

Yorkie ears, a recognizable puppy profile, and your house number come together in a sign that feels personal without turning the front of your home into a novelty display. The breed-inspired metal design is especially fitting for Yorkshire Terrier owners, groomers, dog sitters, and anyone who wants an address marker with more character than standard hardware-store numbers.

Personalize the plaque with the address information needed for your property. Its matte black finish creates strong contrast against light siding, brick, stone, painted posts, and pale fencing. The hanging format works well near a porch, at the end of a driveway, beneath a mailbox arm, or on a freestanding yard post. It can also identify a pet-friendly rental, grooming studio, or small veterinary office when the Yorkie motif suits the space.

Before choosing a placement, view the area from the street or driveway rather than only from the porch. Select a location that is not hidden by shrubs, seasonal decorations, parked vehicles, or deep shadows. For longer addresses, allow enough display space so the characters remain easy to distinguish. A larger, simpler presentation is generally better for roadside viewing, while a closer porch placement can accommodate finer decorative detail.

The sign is cut from metal, giving the puppy silhouette crisp edges and a substantial appearance. Unlike a generic rectangular address plate, the Yorkshire Terrier shape makes the breed part of the composition rather than adding a printed image to the surface. The black finish also pairs easily with common exterior fixtures, including dark lanterns, railings, mailbox posts, and door hardware.

Use mounting hardware appropriate for the wall, post, or hanging bracket at your chosen location. To clean the plaque, wipe it with a soft damp cloth and avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could mark the finish. Check the hanging points periodically, particularly after severe weather, and keep nearby branches from rubbing against the metal.
